The XGY-16A pipe pressure and burst testing machine is a testing equipment used for long-term pressure resistance and instantaneous burst testing of plastic pipes and composite pipes. This product complies with ISO1167, GB/T6111 "Test Method for Internal Pressure Resistance of Thermoplastic Pipes for Fluid Transport", and relevant materials applicable standards. It can be used for internal pressure testing of PVC, PE, PPR, ABS, and composite materials.

1Characteristics:This machine has two forms:

1) Continuous barrier free operation ensures the integrity of the experiment;

2) Equipped with a separate pressurized water tank, pure water is used to supplement the pressure in the pipe sample through the main pressurized pump, ensuring the water quality in the pipeline and improving the service life of pipeline components such as solenoid valves and needle valves;

3) By using independently developed and unique pulse duty cycle compensation technology, the boosting and compensation stages are combined into one, reducing the number of branches and components and thus reducing the probability of device damage;

4) Using an American plunger pump, it has low noise, fast pressure replenishment, and short working time, indirectly improving the service life of the plunger pump;
