3、 Electrical Control of HP-4.0 Fully Automatic Concrete Impermeability Tester
1. HP-4.0 fully automatic concrete impermeability tester setting
Turn on the power switch, and the monitor will display numerical values. First press the "Set" button to adjust the value, then press "△"
Shift the key, the "+" key is the pressure up adjustment key, and the "-" key is the pressure down adjustment key. When adjusting to the required pressure value for work, press the "Set" key to save it, and the setting is complete.
When setting, the lower limit value cannot be higher than the upper limit value, and the upper limit value cannot exceed 4.9mp. If ERR is displayed, it indicates a setting error. You can press the "Set" button to reset.
2. HP-4.0 fully automatic concrete impermeability tester working
After storing the set value, press the start switch. This instrument will automatically increase the pressure by 0.1mp at the lower limit for 8 hours. Every 8 hours, the lower limit will automatically increase the pressure by 0.1mp until the upper limit, lower limit, and pressure are equal. After that, a "beep" sound will be emitted to indicate that the work is completed. This instrument can remember the original working data when the power is cut off during operation.
3. Validation of HP-4.0 Fully Automatic Concrete Impermeability Tester
After setting the upper and lower limits and storing them, press the "Set" button for no more than 4 seconds. The D2 (verification indicator) light will turn on, and the lower limit value will increase by 0.1 Mpa per minute (during normal operation, verification cannot be used for experiments).
Press the zero adjustment button once to exit the verification state, and the instrument will automatically enter the working state. If the zero point is calibrated, turn off the machine and then turn it back on to enter the working state:
