★ Built in casting function database, suitable for controlling pre furnace elements in cast iron and ductile iron production, can quickly determine the content and carbon equivalent of carbon and silicon elements, and adjust the ingredients in a timely manner based on the measurement results. Greatly improving the yield rate, reducing the time of molten iron in the furnace, and relieving the workload of furnace workers.
Conventional testing instruments take about 12 hours to measure the strength, hardness, and other data of the test bar from the molten iron, while the built-in database of the intelligent analyzer can directly measure the tensile strength and hardness values from the molten iron. The measurement results obtained by adding a tensile machine, hardness tester, carbon silicon analyzer, thermometer, lathe, and planer together can now be solved by an intelligent analyzer.
