SERVO FLEX high rigidity metal leaf spring coupling is an ultra high rigidity metal leaf spring coupling developed for servo motors. This method has excellent properties in terms of stiffness in the torsional direction, eccentricity, deflection angle, and axial displacement. The latest finite element method has been used to thoroughly analyze the leaf spring components and pursue the most ideal shape. Equipped with small and lightweight SFC models made of high-strength aluminum alloy lining and carbon steel body, various types of SFS models, SFM and SFF models developed for machine tool spindles and feed shafts can be selected, with a rich product range suitable for various purposes.

Overload protection device
The overload protection device can immediately disconnect the input and output when overloaded, protecting the machinery. Effectively detect overload, disconnect the drive key from the slot, separate input and output, remove overload, and automatically connect again with the same torque and the same indexing position.
