Overview

The JA603T touch screen internal calibration analysis electronic balance is more delicate compared to other electronic scales. This is because electronic scales are more precise and accurate than ordinary electronic scales, and many sensing devices are very sensitive to environmental changes. During weighing, no one should walk by or make excessive noise because these external factors have an impact on its subsequent counting,

Weighing method

Declining weighing method/difference method

Used to weigh samples within a certain mass range. Suitable for weighing multiple substances that are easy to absorb water, oxidize, or react with CO2.

method:

① Pinch the dried weighing bottle with a small piece of paper and roughly weigh its mass on a platform scale

② Add a slightly larger amount of sample into the weighing bottle using a horn spoon and roughly weigh it on the platform scale.

③ Place the weighing bottle in the center of the left plate of the balance, add a measuring weight or ring code on the right plate to balance it, weigh the accurate mass of the weighing bottle and sample (accurate to 0.1mg), record the reading, and set it as m1g. Turn off the balance and subtract the small value to be weighed from the right plate weight or ring code. Take the weighing bottle from above the receiver, clamp the cap handle with a piece of paper in your right hand, and open the cap. Slowly tilt the bottle downwards and gently tap the bottle mouth with the cap to allow the sample to slowly fall into the container (do not sprinkle the sample outside the container). When it is estimated that the poured sample is close to the required mass (which can be estimated by volume), slowly raise the weighing bottle and gently tap the bottle mouth with the cap to allow the sample adhered to the upper part of the bottle mouth to fall into the bottle. Cover the cap and place the weighing bottle back on the left plate of the balance for weighing. If the left side is heavy, it needs to be struck again. If the left side is light, it cannot be struck again. Accurately weigh its mass, assuming it is m2g at this time. The mass poured into the receiver is (m1-m2) g. Repeat the above steps to obtain multiple samples.
