The TR-800FB series intelligent float level gauge is suitable for measuring the liquid level of various media in industrial and civil building water towers, pools, tanks, collection pits, and industrial tanks. It is widely used in chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, and industrial wastewater treatment departments.

Working Principle:

Magnetic floating balls with a specific gravity greater than 0.5 can float above the liquid surface and move up and down along the guide rod. The guide rod is equipped with an inductance measuring element, which generates a resistance signal proportional to the liquid level change under the action of an external magnetic field. It is converted into 4-20mA or other standard signal output by an electronic unit.
