Smart home automation is no longer a technology of the future, it has become a part of our daily lives today.
With the increasing variety of electrical equipment, various electrical hazards have quietly emerged, and household electrical safety management has become an essential system for households.
This solution combines existing smart home products to achieve refined management of household electricity safety and energy consumption, including power quality, arc analysis, leakage protection, and remote control.
By independently wiring household electricity circuits and installing monitoring circuits, comprehensive monitoring and management can be achieved to achieve precise analysis of household electricity quality, intelligent analysis of electricity safety, prediction and evaluation of electrical faults in household circuits, monitoring and automatic protection of electrical leakage, and remote circuit control.
By remotely controlling smart switches and combining them with smart voice home control devices, various household appliance power switches, smart lights, and national standard 86 mechanical switches can be remotely controlled.
Line wiring: When designing line wiring, it is necessary to independently design the power supply circuit of important electrical equipment in the home, or to modify the existing power supply circuit. Add design network cable circuits from the distribution box to the server, and freely add monitoring points for temperature, humidity, and other information in the home. Connect the sensor wiring (485 communication line) to the distribution box, or use wireless communication modules to connect to the distribution box.
Smart home access: Other smart homes equipped in the home can be classified and connected to the system, or managed through Tmall Genie smart speakers. The system then controls the Tmall Genie power circuit, forming a multi-level control structure.
Hardware equipment construction:
1. Selection and installation of transformers
Install signal transformers for the total voltage, total current, and branch currents of households. The installation diagram is shown in Figure 1. The red box represents the current transformer, which is generally a through type, and the blue box represents the voltage transformer. Depending on actual needs, further selection can be made, which is divided into three-phase and single-phase.
2. Circuit breaker selection
The selection of circuit breakers and the determination of switch values require the installation of circuit breakers that match the maximum current parameters of each electrical circuit. For circuits that require status monitoring, circuit breakers with auxiliary contacts should be selected. For circuits that require remote control, a micro electric operating mechanism should be selected. For equipment that requires automatic leakage protection, leakage protection devices can be selected, and leakage monitoring transformers can also be selected to connect to the system for monitoring and managing leakage situations.
