I. Overview
The LD980-Y integrated eddy current displacement sensor is our company's advantageous product. It is based on the LD980-F series eddy current displacement sensor and integrates the preamplifier and probe through micro packaging technology. It is a high-performance and low-cost new type of eddy current displacement sensor.
LD980-Y is designed and produced according to US military specifications. The probe head is made of temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) injection molded, and the coil is strictly sealed; The circuit adopts acid and alkali resistant stainless steel threaded round tube and epoxy resin encapsulation, which is moisture-proof and dustproof; The signal cable adopts shielded cable and can be protected by stainless steel metal hose armor; It has multiple functions such as power polarity and output short circuit, and any wiring error will not damage it; Non contact measurement, never worn out.
2、 Performance indicators
The LD980-Y series integrated eddy current displacement sensor is designed and produced according to US military specifications. The probe head is made of high and low temperature resistant and various chemical corrosion resistant polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) injection molded, and the coil is strictly sealed; The circuit casing is made of acid and alkali resistant stainless steel M10 × 1 or M16 × 1 threaded round tube and encapsulated with epoxy resin, which is moisture-proof and dustproof; The signal cable adopts shielded cable and can be protected by stainless steel metal hose armor; It has multiple protection functions such as power polarity and output short circuit, and will not be damaged by any wiring error; Can work continuously for a long time in harsh environments.

8. Ripple (maximum peak to peak output noise when measuring constant gap): The output ripple of the sensor in voltage output form is not greater than 20mV; the output ripple of the sensor in current output form is not greater than 30uA.
9. Load capacity: The output impedance of the sensor in voltage output form shall not exceed 10 Ω, and the maximum length of the driving signal cable shall be 300m; the maximum load resistance of the sensor in 4-20mA current output form shall not exceed 750 Ω, and the output variation with maximum load resistance shall be -1%.
