The inner hole positioning concentricity measuring instrument is based on the inner hole of the part as the positioning reference, and drives the rotation of the working shaft through a handwheel or motor to drive the rotation of the part. It can be used to measure the concentricity between the inner hole and the outer circle of the part, the perpendicularity between the inner hole and the end face, the concentricity of the step hole, etc. The instrument is easy to operate, structurally reasonable, and has a wide range of applications, reducing the high cost caused by using three coordinate or laser measuring machines.

The measurement accuracy of this instrument is ≤ 0.005mm, and its measurement range can be divided into five types according to the different measured diameters: 75-100mm, 100-125mm, 125-150mm, 150-175mm, and 175-200mm.

The main part consists of three working axes, two main working axes and one auxiliary working axis, among which the auxiliary working axis can slide through the handwheel to be suitable for measuring parts with different diameters of inner holes.
