1、 Introduction to the inclined plate oil separation tank products of Henan Environmental Protection Equipment Factory
The inclined plate oil separation tank achieves separation by utilizing the different densities of suspended solids and water in wastewater. The structure of oil separation tanks often adopts a laminar flow type. Oil containing wastewater enters the rectangular oil separation tank through a water distribution tank and flows slowly in the horizontal direction. During the flow, the oil product floats on the water surface and is pushed into the oil collection tank by the oil collection pipe or a scraper set on the tank surface and flows into the dehydration tank. The heavy oil and other impurities that settle in the oil separation tank accumulate in the sludge hopper at the bottom of the tank and enter the sludge pipe through the discharge pipe. The wastewater that has undergone oil separation treatment overflows into the discharge tank of the drainage channel for subsequent treatment to remove emulsified oil and other pollutants. The oil separation tank is equipped with two oil discharge ports on the left and right. Depending on the actual installation location, one side can be used and the other side can be closed. The oil discharge port on the other side needs to be equipped with a valve. When discharging oil, the valve should be opened, and if necessary, the water outlet can be temporarily closed to raise the oil level and drain the floating oil. You can also use the method of opening the pool lid and skimming off the oil with a spoon. The inclined plate oil separation tank is equipped with a stainless steel filter screen, which has a good grille function. Vegetable residue and debris can be effectively intercepted when discharged into the oil separation tank, and only need to be salvaged with a sieve spoon. If there is too much grease on the filter screen, remove it, rinse it with hot water, and then insert it back into its original position. According to usage, if the thickness of the surface oil in the grease trap exceeds 5cm, the oil must be drained. There are two sewage outlets at the bottom of the oil separation tank, which are usually closed after installing valves. When thoroughly cleaning the grease trap, the valve can be opened to discharge all the water and bottom sediment in the grease trap.

Oil separators are classified according to installation and treatment methods as follows: above ground, buried, semi buried, suspended, automatic scraping oil separators, air floating automatic scraping oil separators, filter type oil separators, and inclined plate oil separators.
