Product composition

The ISV series pipeline oil suction filter is a lightweight and sturdy oil suction filter with a shell composed of an aluminum alloy shell, filter element, bypass valve, visual transmitter, and electric transmitter. It should be installed vertically on the pipeline outside the fuel tank without affecting the layout of the pipeline, and the size of the fuel tank is not limited by the filter. This series of filters has the following characteristics:

A、 Equipped with visual sensor: ISV20-40x80M Dawn filter. When the filter element is gradually blocked by pollutants, the red signal ring in the observation window of the visual sensor slowly rises. When the red signal ring rises to the * * position (completely red in the observation window), it indicates that the filter element has been blocked by pollutants to the point where it needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to make the red signal ring slide down;

B、 Electric transmitter: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is -0.018MPA, the micro switch inside the transmitter will actuate, sending a switch signal indicating that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the bypass valve located inside the filter cover will automatically open (opening pressure: vacuum degree -0.02MPA);

C、 Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and reaches the outlet pressure (vacuum degree -0.02MPA), the bypass valve will automatically open to avoid faults such as suction in the oil pump
