ISV pipeline oil suction filterIt is a lightweight and sturdy oil suction filter with an aluminum alloy shell, filter element, bypass valve, visual transmitter, and electric transmitter. It is installed vertically on the pipeline outside the fuel tank, without affecting the layout of the pipeline. The size of the fuel tank is not limited by the filter. ISV pipeline oil suction filter with visual transmitter: When the filter element is gradually blocked by pollutants, the red signal ring in the observation window of the visual transmitter slowly rises. When the red signal ring rises to a higher position (completely red in the observation window), it indicates that the hydraulic oil filter element has been blocked by pollutants and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

1. Equipped with a visual sensor: As the filter element gradually becomes clogged with pollutants, the red signal ring inside the observation window of the visual sensor slowly rises. When the red signal ring rises to a higher position (completely red inside the observation window), it indicates that the filter element has been clogged with pollutants to the point where it needs to be cleaned or replaced. After cleaning or replacing the filter element, press the reset button to make the red signal ring slide down;

2. Electric transmitter: When the filter element is blocked by pollutants and the vacuum degree at the oil outlet is -0.018MPa, the micro switch inside the transmitter will actuate, sending a switch signal indicating that the filter element should be cleaned or replaced. If the machine cannot be stopped immediately or no one comes to replace the filter element, the bypass valve located inside the oil suction filter cover will automatically open (opening pressure: vacuum degree -0.02MPa);

3. Equipped with a bypass valve: When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to the outlet pressure (vacuum degree -0.02MPa), the bypass valve will automatically open to avoid oil pump suction and other faults.
