1、 Introduction to household waste treatment equipment:
The household waste treatment equipment has opened up a good way for large-scale processing of household waste. It is a processing equipment specifically designed for the development and reuse of renewable waste resources. The system includes a chain plate conveyor, a limiter, a drum screening machine, a bag breaking drum screening machine, a bag breaking coarse sorting machine, a selection machine, a storage room, a plastic strapping machine, a conveyor for transporting household waste, a manual selection platform and air selection machine, and a magnetic separator.
2、 Workflow of household waste treatment equipment: The original ecological household waste is temporarily stacked in the household waste stacking pool, and the filtrate generated is discharged to the sewage treatment equipment for environmental protection treatment through underground sewage pipes. The garbage stacking pool is treated with special waterproof treatment to prevent leakage. The household waste is transported to the chain plate conveyor through a grab bucket machine, and then conveyed to the drum screening machine through a uniform feeding limiter. The drum screening machine removes waste materials with a pore size of less than 500mm * 500mm, such as sand and soil. The screened material is transported by a conveyor to the fertilizer production system, while the remaining household waste is transported by a conveyor to the heavy screening drum machine. The heavy materials such as large stones, cement blocks, and bricks are removed by the heavy screening drum machine, and then transported by a conveyor below the entrance of the heavy screening drum machine to the brick production system or sanitary landfill.
The heavy screening drum machine can also remove waste materials with a pore size of less than 800mm * 800mm from household waste for the second time. The screened materials are transported to the fertilizer production system by a conveyor. A wind separator is installed at the entrance of the heavy screening drum machine to sort lighter types of household waste, such as paper, plastic, etc. The remaining household waste is transported by conveyor to the bag breaking drum screening machine for initial bag breaking treatment. The fabrics removed by the bag breaking drum screening machine are transported by conveyor to the flowering machine for fiber loosening and impurity removal, and then packaged by a recycled cotton strapping machine.
The material with a pore size of less than 500mm * 500mm removed by the bag breaking drum screening machine forms undersized material, which is transported to the fertilizer production system by a conveyor. There is a wind separator installed at the outlet below the bag breaking drum screening machine, which is used to sort light and thin materials from household waste. The remaining household waste after passing through the bag breaking drum screening machine is transported by the conveyor to the bag breaking coarse sorting machine for secondary bag breaking treatment of the packaging materials in the household waste. Especially for smaller packaging materials, the bag breaking coarse sorting machine mainly removes food waste and undersized materials with pore sizes less than 150mm * 70mm and 150mm * 100mm from the household waste. The undersized materials are transported by the conveyor to the fertilizer production system.
The remaining household waste is transported by conveyor to the selection machine for plastic selection, mainly removing materials such as paper with a pore size of less than 500mm * 500mm. The screened material is transported by a conveyor to the fertilizer production system. The remaining waste plastics are sprayed into the storage room and transported by the conveyor below to the manual sorting platform for manual sorting. A magnetic separator is installed at one end of the conveyor below the storage room to remove metallic substances. The sorted waste plastics can be packaged for sale or processed separately by plastic strapping machines (granulation, refining), or crushed and washed before processing (granulation, refining).
