Honeywell SS4 UV/IR Optoelectronic Digital Flame Detector Product Introduction:
There are three models of SS4 ultraviolet infrared flame detectors: SS4-A, SS4-AS, and SS4-AUV.
The SS4-A detector (UV/IR/VIS) can sense flame radiation energy in the ultraviolet (UV), visible light (VIS), and broadband infrared TM (IR) spectra. The SS4 ultraviolet infrared flame detector mainly detects flames of hydrocarbons. The SS4 detector will evaluate ultraviolet, visible, and broadband infrared radiation energy through FireLogic signal processing before warning of a fire. It uses real-time signal processing algorithms for optimization and can issue alarm responses for various types of fires, basically eliminating the possibility of false alarms.
SS4-AS type (UV/IR/VIS) uses durable sun blind UV sensors, "quantum effect" type IR and VIS sensors, and can handle spectral ranges including ultraviolet, infrared, and visible light (VIS). The SS4 ultraviolet infrared flame detector can detect both hydrocarbon and non hydrocarbon flames. It has been optimized for detecting hydrogen, ethanol, methanol, and methane (natural gas) flames, enabling it to respond to various types of flames.
SS4-AUV is an outstanding representative of ultraviolet (UV) optical flame detectors. This flame detector can sense the radiation energy in the ultraviolet (UV) spectrum and detect whether a flame is emitting radiation energy. Can detect flames generated by hydrocarbons and non hydrocarbons.
