Honeywell FS SYSTEM 10 Flame Detection/Process Control Product Introduction:
FS SYSTEM 10 is a high-speed, microprocessor based fire detection and process control system. It is designed specifically for liquid and powder coating applications, capable of quickly detecting flames and stopping the electrostatic coating process within milliseconds when flames are detected; And it can effectively interrupt the fire before the residue and wet paint film ignite.
FS SYSTEM 10 can provide a two-level response system: the 'warning' level is suitable for gun 'fireball' type fires; When the fire continues to spread, the 'fire alarm' level will sound within 4-5 seconds. The FS SYSTEM 10 flame detector has an electro-optic quantum infrared sensor matrix and can detect fires in the ground, resulting in false alarms. Therefore, its performance is significantly better than traditional detectors.
The detector should be installed inside an explosion-proof enclosure.
This controller is an independent system with indicator lights and requires installation inside a NEMA 12 (NEMA: National Electrical Manufacturers Association) enclosure.
The system integrates three 10A relays to timely stop paint flow, cut off static electricity, and transport. The 'history' and 'fault' files of the detector will be reported in real-time and then stored in the detector's non-volatile solid-state memory. You can download FirePic and SnapShot data from the RS 232 port of this controller using a personal computer.
This controller can operate with one or two detectors.
