Overview

Hefei box type resistance furnace (artificial intelligence) is a universal heating device. According to their appearance, they can be divided into box furnaces, tube furnaces, crucible furnaces, etc. Muffle furnace is translated from English as Muffle furnace. Operating Procedures for Hefei Box type Resistance Furnace (Artificial Intelligence)

1) Check the condition of the electric furnace and turn on the power switch;

2) Set temperature system

① Press the<key once to enter the temperature program setting state of the instrument. At this time, the temperature control meter's measurement value display window shows C-01, and the parameter value display window shows temperature. You can set the starting temperature (usually room temperature) by pressing the<, ∧, and ∨ keys.

② Press the SET button once, and the temperature control meter's measurement value display window will show t-01, while the parameter value display window will show the time. You can set the heating time for segment * by pressing<∧∨.

③ Press the SET button again, and the temperature control meter's measurement value display window will show C-02, while the parameter value display window will show temperature. You can set the end temperature of segment * (i.e. the starting temperature of the second segment) by pressing<∧∨.

④ Press the SET button again, and the temperature control meter measurement value display window will show t-02. The parameter value display window will show the time. You can set the second heating time by pressing<∧∨.

⑤ Press the SET button again, and the temperature control meter's measurement value display window will show C-03, while the parameter value display window will show temperature. You can set the end temperature of the second segment (i.e. the starting temperature of the third segment) by pressing<∧∨.

Press the SET key in sequence to set the temperature and time for the nth segment

⑥ When the program terminates, set the next period of time to -121. At this time, when the operation ends, the power will be automatically cut off and the furnace will cool down.

⑦ After the program is set, press the SET and<keys simultaneously to exit the program setting state, or if there is no action for 15 seconds, you can exit by yourself.

⑧ Program running, long press the ∨ key for 2 seconds, the parameter window displays' run ', entering program running. During program running, long press the ∨ key for 2 seconds, the parameter window displays' PE', and the program pauses.

⑨ Program termination, long press the ∧ key for 2 seconds, the parameter window displays End, the program ends, and all outputs are closed.

The correct operation process of high-temperature box type resistance furnace

The specific process operation of the box type resistance furnace is as follows:

1. Check the "shift handover record" before starting work.

2. Operators should wear the prescribed protective equipment and be familiar with the "safety operating procedures".

3. Check the lubrication condition of the axle and slide rail of the furnace door opening mechanism.

4. Check the installation and fastening of the furnace lining, resistance wire, and thermocouple lead out rod, and verify if the instruments are functioning properly.

5. Check that the resistance wires at the bottom of the furnace, the bottom plate of the furnace, the transmission mechanism of the movable furnace bottom, and the motor lead wires are in good condition.

6. Check the cleanliness of the furnace and clean the oxide scale.

7. Newly repaired furnaces should be dried according to the "process specifications".

8. Cut off the power and proceed with the baking process according to the "process specifications".

9. Close the door of the box type resistance furnace.

10. Insulate according to the "process regulations".

11. Power on heating.

12. Cut off the power after work.

13. Produce the furnace according to the "process specifications".

14. Reinstall the furnace and repeat the above procedure.

When the box type resistance furnace is operated continuously, the "handover record" must be carefully filled out, and the handover must be clearly handed over to the successor in person.

16. Maintain and upkeep the equipment according to the "Equipment Maintenance Regulations".
