Haier ring packing

Heilex Packing, also known as Crown type Raschig, is an industrial filler made of plastic material. It is a packing developed by Heil Process Equipment Co. in the early 1980s in the United States. Its unique configuration is different from other chemical packing materials. It combines the characteristics of saddle shaped and perforated annular packing materials, with a saddle shaped main body and a conical perforated cylinder, increasing the specific surface area and porosity. In addition to the advantages of high flux, pressure reduction, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, it also has the advantages of no nesting between packing materials, small wall flow effect, and uniform gas-liquid distribution, improving the distribution of gas-liquid phase in the packing bed and strong anti fouling performance
