Spiral's Mechanized Spring is a type of component that processes materials into flexible spiral structures. The key to the widespread use of Mechanized Spring lies in HELI-CAL Flexure, a flexible spiral concept applied in the manufacturing of Spiral Mechanized Spring. Due to the fact that Spiral's springs are machined as a whole according to special design requirements (unlike traditional ones, which assemble several components with different functions centered around the spring together), it provides clearer applications, characteristics, and functions compared to other traditional forms of springs.

In situations where the spring and other components are required to be integrated, special connection methods are required. In situations where the space for using the components is limited, high precision is required. In situations where the spring has a long service life, it is required that the spring does not bend or shift radially during stretching or compression. In situations where the spring does not produce noise during operation, it is required that the spring does not twist during compression. In situations where rapid assembly is required, the spring has a high compression capacity. In situations where the spring has a special appearance or material, it is required that the spring acts as a vibration isolator. It is a fully integrated metal coupling with a spiral shaped slit on a cylindrical material, with no back clearance and zero tolerance, allowing for an eccentricity of 0.25mm and a deviation angle of 5 °. High strength aluminum alloy is used, and the surface treatment is aluminum oxidation treatment, which has good corrosion resistance. Regarding the installation method on the shaft, there are two options: the positioning screw method (ARM model) or the friction based clamping plate method (ACRM model).

HELI-CAL H model stainless steel material
It is a fully integrated metal coupling with a spiral shaped slit on a cylindrical material, with no back clearance and zero tolerance, allowing for an eccentricity of 0.25mm and a deviation angle of 5 °. Using stainless steel, it is not limited by the working atmosphere gas. Regarding the installation method on the shaft, there are two options: the positioning screw method (HRM) or the friction clamp method (HCRM).

HELI-CAL DS model aluminum alloy material
It is a fully integrated metal coupling with two spiral slits on a cylindrical material, which significantly increases the torsional stiffness compared to the HELI-CAL A model with one spiral slit. As it is an integrated structure, there is no zero backlash, and an eccentricity of 0.15mm and a deviation angle of 3 ° are allowed. High strength aluminum alloy is used, and the surface treatment is aluminum oxidation treatment, which has good corrosion resistance. Regarding the installation method on the shaft, two options are available: the positioning screw method (DSR model) or the friction based clamping plate method (DSCR model).
