Product Introduction
HAST Accelerated Life TestThe purpose is to increase environmental stress (such as temperature) and working stress (voltage, load, etc. applied to the product), accelerate the testing process, and shorten the life testing time of the product or system. Experiments conducted to investigate and analyze when electronic components and mechanical parts experience wear and service life issues, the shape of the fault distribution function for service life, and the reasons for the increase in failure rate

Product Features:
1. Adopting an imported high-temperature resistant solenoid valve dual circuit structure, the failure rate is minimized to the greatest extent possible.
2. Independent steam generation chamber to avoid direct steam impact on the product and prevent local damage to the product.
3. The labor-saving structure of the door lock solves the problem of difficult locking of the first generation product's disc handle.

2.7 Control System:
a. Adopting Mitsubishi customized color touch PLC to control humidity and steam temperature (using PT-100 platinum temperature sensor)
b. Use a pointer to display the pressure gauge
c. Microcomputer P.I.D automatic calculation and control of saturated steam temperature and steam humidity
d. Manual water inlet valve (automatic water replenishment function, can be tested continuously without stopping the machine)
E. Export experimental data from USB drive and query curves.
2.8 Mechanical Structure:
a. Circular inner box, stainless steel circular test inner box structure, in compliance with industrial safety container standards, designed to prevent condensation and dripping during testing
b. Circular lining, stainless steel circular lining design, can avoid direct impact of steam latent heat on the test sample
c. Precise design, good air tightness, low water consumption, and can operate continuously for 400 hours each time water is added
d. The patented packing design tightly integrates the door with the box, which is completely different from the traditional extrusion type and can extend the packing life
e. The critical point limit method automatically provides safety protection, and the abnormal cause and fault indicator light are displayed
2.9 Security Protection:
a. Imported high-temperature resistant sealed solenoid valve adopts a dual circuit structure to ensure no pressure leakage.
b. The whole machine is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, including overpressure protection, overtemperature protection, one key pressure relief, and manual pressure relief, to ensure maximum user satisfaction
