Firstly, the sanitation workers will pour the bulk garbage collected at the garbage transfer station into the compression box. After the second piece of garbage is pressed, the operator starts the hydraulic system, operates the hanging box lifting button to lower the pressure head to the hanging box position, and then operates the hanging box button to make the hanging box oil cylinder work. The hanging box sliding pin on the pressure head is inserted into the four lifting rings on the garbage compression box. Then operate the lift button to lift the pressure head up the trash can. After lifting to a height above the bottom of the garbage transport truck compartment, use the front and middle gate lifting buttons to lift the front and middle gates.
Pour back the garbage transport vehicle that has already opened the back door, allowing the front end of the garbage bin to partially enter the garbage truck's large bin. The operator operates the push plate button to push the two pieces of garbage that have been compressed into blocks into the car's large bin.
After the garbage truck has driven away, lower the front and middle gates on the garbage bin. Then use a high-pressure water gun to clean the garbage on the protruding platform in the pit, and then put the garbage bin into the pit. Then retract the sliding pin of the hanging box and lift the pressure head. Preparing to enter the next cycle of compressing garbage.
