Fuzhou Box type Resistance Furnace (Energy saving Type) Operation Detailed Process Guide

Preparation before opening the furnace

1. Check if the electrical components are functioning properly, if the furnace casing is properly grounded, and if there is a short circuit or open circuit in the electric heating element

Elephant.

2. Check whether the furnace door lifting mechanism is flexible, whether the lubrication condition is good, and whether the safety protection device is in good condition.

3. Check if the thermocouple and control instrument are functioning properly.

4. Check if auxiliary equipment (such as quenching tanks, cooling systems, etc.) and process equipment are functioning properly.

5. Organize the workspace in front of the furnace, open the furnace door to check if there are any workpieces inside, and wait for everything to be normal before opening

Furnace.

Furnace operation

1. Adjust the instrument to the specified temperature of the process, turn on the instrument switch, and turn on the power supply.

2. New furnaces or furnaces that have undergone major repairs should be heated according to the baking process specified in the equipment manual.

3. After the workpiece is loaded into the furnace, the operator should regularly check the working condition of the instrument, usually every 20-30 minutes.

4. In case of equipment accidents, the power supply of the equipment should be immediately cut off and promptly reported for handling.

5. When shutting down the furnace, first cut off the power supply of the equipment.

Precautions for operation and maintenance:

1. The furnace temperature shall not exceed the high operating temperature specified by the equipment. The loading capacity shall not exceed the maximum capacity specified by the equipment

Load capacity.

2. When the workpiece is loaded into the furnace, it must not come into contact with the electric heating element, and there should be a distance of more than 50mm between them. Workpieces that are damp or contain corrosive substances shall not be loaded into the furnace.

3. When loading the workpiece into the furnace, the power must be cut off, and the workpiece should be handled with care to prevent damage to the partition of the electric heating element

Or the furnace wall, try to minimize the collision of workpieces.

4. Thermocouples and temperature control instruments in operation on site should be calibrated on schedule.

5. The chamber of the box furnace should be kept clean, and the cold furnace should be cleaned regularly, especially for the oxide scale and iron that fall under the furnace bottom plate

Chips and other debris must be removed to avoid affecting the burning of the electric heating element.

6. When someone enters the furnace for repair or cleaning, the power must be cut off first to support and fix the furnace door, and there must be

Warning signs to ensure safety.

7. The composition of the quenching agent should be analyzed regularly or the cooling capacity of the quenching oil should be tested. The quenching oil tank should be regularly cleaned of impurities such as bottom oil slag, oxide scale, carbon black residual water, etc. Conditional filtering once every quarter. Water cannot enter the oil tank. The dual liquid quenching oil tank should be separately set up. The temperature of the oil tank should not exceed the ignition point to avoid causing a fire.
