1、 Operating procedures
1. Adjust the clamping distance of the conveyor belt according to the external dimensions of the meat pieces (pig feet) to be sawed.
2. Try to lower the height of the saw belt protective cover as much as possible when the sawn meat can pass through.
3. Press the start button and pay attention to the rotation direction and the direction of the saw belt teeth.
4. Pay attention to safety and operate carefully. It is strictly prohibited to push meat directly by hand without installing a protective cover.
2、 Precautions
1. The machine must be reliably grounded and placed steadily.
2. Check if the saw belt is properly installed, with the tooth tip parallel to the edge of the pulley, to ensure that the saw belt moves downward when the machine is running.
When performing cutting operations, place the pig feet at the feeding port and use a conveyor belt to clamp the pig feet for cutting. It is strictly prohibited to cut directly by hand.
After replacing the saw belt, it is necessary to check whether the saw belt is installed in place, pay attention to the teeth pointing downwards, and turn the knob clockwise to ensure that the saw belt has the appropriate tension, not too loose or too tight.
5. When cleaning, do not rinse electrical components directly with water to avoid dripping water onto the electrical parts, especially to prevent water from flowing into the motor casing holes.
6. Clean the machine every day, especially regularly remove the meat scraps behind the door. Before cleaning and maintenance operations, unplug the power and pay special attention to cleaning the residue accumulated in the dead corners, pulleys, pulley grooves, bottom scraper, and rear bearing cover of the machine.
7. The saw blade is a consumable, and if it is found to be dull or cracked, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
8. It is recommended to use edible lubricating oil to lubricate the guide, spring, and threaded wire of the tensioning device after 200 hours of work. It is recommended to clean or replace the bearings after 10000 hours of use.
9. If the saw belt frequently falls off, please check the tension of the saw belt, whether the turntable is vertical, and whether it is clean.
