The horizontal screw propeller of this machine is made of stainless steel. The propeller consists of a box, an unequal moment screw, a pair of stirring blades, a gearbox, and a nozzle. The speed regulating motor drives the spiral and stirring blades to rotate through the transmission chain. The medicine pellets injected from the feeding port are stirred and then transmitted to the spiral and pushed forward along the spiral surface, continuously extruding the medicine strips from the dispensing mouth. The flow rate for extruding 3, 6, and 9 grams of medicine strips is the same, and the flow rate and pressure are changed. Therefore, this machine uses a speed regulating motor to smoothly change the speed of the propeller screw to achieve this.
The extruded medicine strip is transported from the strip conveying part to the pill rolling part.
The strip conveyor adopts a hanging roller conveyor, which is designed according to the characteristics and working mode of the medicine strip. It consists of a set of rollers that pass through holes in a rectangular bearing seat and are evenly spaced and horizontally suspended in space. The two ends of the bearing seat are fixed on the frame, and the set of rollers is driven by a transmission chain to rotate and roll in the direction of the medicine strip. The suspended roller carries the medicine strip forward, and the linear velocity of the suspended roller matches the flow velocity of the medicine strip. The PTFE tube surface of the suspended roller sleeve is smooth, which ensures that the medicine strip does not deform or stick during transportation, laying the foundation for the small difference in weight of the kneaded honey pills. The medicine strip enters the light receiving area of the photoelectric tube, and the stainless steel knife of the electrical robotic arm cuts off its tail end before sticking it, and then pushes the broken strip down from the hanging roller. The follow-up medicine strip has been moving on the hanging roller. Continuous delivery of medicine strips by suspended rollers for continuous operation of the pill rolling section.
The robotic arm for cutting strips is a photoelectric actuator, which consists of PLC integrated circuit, electrical control cylinder, photoelectric tube, electromagnet, etc. When the medicine strip conveyed by the suspended roller enters the light signal area, the medicine strip light is incident on the PN junction of the photoelectric tube. The electrical signal converted from the light signal is turned on to the PLC, driving the stainless steel knife of the robotic arm to move forward along the straight part of the up and down trajectory. During the movement, the medicine strip is cut off, and the broken strip is transmitted to the rolling part and then returned along the upper chord curve. The coupling element touches the contact of the iron core, and the clutch separates from the main wheel. The robotic arm returns to the rest position, completing the task of cutting and feeding the medicine strip. Waiting for instructions from the subsequent light signal of the medicine strip, the robotic arm works intermittently.
The robotic arm transfers the broken strip to the rolling part. The moving roller and the supporting roller in the pill rolling part hold the medicine strip, and the moving roller pushes the medicine strip to roll towards the fixed roller. During the process of gradually reducing the distance between the moving roller and the fixed roller, the medicine strip is divided into equal parts and cut. Each section of the medicine strip rotates relative to the roller in the ball cavity composed of three rollers, gradually being rolled into round and shiny pills. The cutting and rolling time is controlled by PLC time, and it automatically opens when the time comes, the pills are dispensed, and the medicine heads flow into the medicine head box. The pill rolling department completes the pill rolling task. Wait for the signal of the delay time of the subsequent medication strip before continuing to knead the pills. When replacing the 3, 6, and 9 gram rollers and dispensing nozzle, automatic pill making is performed.
