Principle of Oxygen Inhaler Calibration Device:
Install the float type oxygen inhaler to be tested on the oxygen inhaler calibrator, connect the oxygen source with a connecting tube, and check if the pressure reducer leaks. Using the comparative method, read the oxygen indication value of the tested oxygen inhaler and the indication value of the flow bottle meter, and compare them with the indication values of the standard pressure gauge and standard flow meter to determine whether the oxygen inhaler is qualified. The moisture bottle should not rupture under a pressure of (0.35 ± 0.05) MPa.
