Flame retardant low smoke halogen-free cable

1、 Scope of application:

The product is suitable for high-rise buildings, subways, oil platforms, computer centers, nuclear power plants, hospitals, and ships with continuously increasing requirements for flame-retardant, halogen-free, and low smoke performance of wires and cables. Halogen free low smoke flame-retardant power cables have excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical properties, and flame retardant properties, and are also characterized by their halogen-free nature and low smoke generation. Suitable for fixed installation of transmission and distribution lines with special requirements for fire safety. In addition to complying with the GB/T12706-2002 standard, the combustion performance of cable products also meets the requirements specified in IEC332, IEC 754, and IEC1034 standards.

2、 Usage characteristics:

1. The maximum rated temperature for cable conductors is 90 ℃.

2. During a short circuit (with a duration of no more than 5 seconds), the high temperature of the cable conductor should not exceed 250 ℃.

3. The ambient temperature during cable laying should not be lower than 0 ℃. When laying, the small bending radius should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable (40mm or less) and 12 times the outer diameter (40mm or more).
