Under medium concentration conditions (4-12%), the fibers rub, squeeze, and knead each other strongly, causing various membranes to separate from the fibers. At the same time, the pulp suspension has low viscosity and strong fluidity, causing the fibers to absorb water and swell, becoming soft and plastic, which is beneficial for improving paper quality.
