(1) Physical and mechanical properties: The tensile strength of insulation shall not be less than 10.0MPa, and the elongation at break shall not be less than 300%; The tensile strength of the sheath shall not be less than 15.0MPa, and the elongation at break shall not be less than 400%;
(2) High flexibility: The finished cable should pass current load and voltage load bending tests, and should withstand 60000 bidirectional bends, that is, 120000 unidirectional bends, without any current break or short circuit between conductors.
(3) Twist resistance: The finished cable should be twisted at a speed of 360 °/S (alternating counterclockwise and clockwise twists of 360 ° once) and withstand 5 million times of bidirectional twisting, that is, 10 million times of unidirectional twisting.
