Fan Overview
The FBCZ (BKY) series mining ground explosion-proof extraction axial flow fan is a widely used high air volume, low air pressure, high-efficiency, energy-saving, and new type of main fan. It is developed based on the ventilation network parameters of small and medium-sized coal mines, which can meet the ventilation requirements of small and medium-sized coal mines and large-scale coal mines with multiple wind turbines operating together. It is more suitable for the needs of high air volume and bottom wind resistance mines mainly composed of comprehensive mining machinery. This machine has the characteristics of compact structure, high efficiency, significant energy-saving effect, low noise, and good anti wind performance, making it an ideal ground main fan. This product is also suitable for factories and mines that use fans in metal mines, chemical mines, tunnels, and other applications.

To meet the needs of coal mines for various specifications, this series of fans is equipped with 4, 6, 8, 10, and 380V/660V explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors, totaling 31 specifications.

The performance parameters of FBCZ (BKY) series fans are shown in Table 1. The performance curve given is obtained through standard pipeline simulation experiments and is calculated and drawn based on the standard conditions of gas temperature t=20 ℃, gas density p=1.2 kg/m3, and atmospheric pressure p=10135Pa.
