Characteristics of spray dryer:
1. The spray, drying chamber and collection device are made of transparent, high-quality, high temperature resistant and high borosilicate glass (tempered glass), so that the spray drying process can be carried out in a pollution-free and stable environment. The whole process of spray drying experiment can be seen, which is convenient for controlling the experiment process and finding and adjusting problems in time. All glass components are easy to disassemble and clean.
2. The built-in oil-free air compressor has a normal distribution of particle size for powder spraying, good fluidity, and very low noise, less than 60dp, which meets the national laboratory noise standards.
3. The atomization structure of the two fluid spray is made of high-quality and high-precision 316 stainless steel material, with uniform atomization.
4. The temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, ensuring accurate temperature control.

Two fluid nozzle:
The stainless steel nozzle includes an inner tube for conveying liquid material. And an injector with precise internal tolerance, the outer tube provides compressed air to the nozzle. The precision manufacturing between the injector and nozzle ensures that the liquid jet is well vaporized into a mist, and the HZ-1500 standard is equipped with a 0.75 injector. There are other aperture injectors available as accessories. The injector has an automatic unblocking needle device, and the spring needle rod can be controlled to set the frequency. The entire action is executed by the built-in compressor, and the injector automatically unblocks the blockage, preventing material solidification in the injector and large particles from blocking the jet.
