Double release buried fully welded ball valveStandard features:
1) Diameter: DN15? three hundred
2) Pressure: PN 16? forty
3) Working temperature: -29 ℃? +200℃
4) Short body buried fully welded ball valve suitable for media such as petroleum/gasoline, liquefied natural gas/liquefied petroleum gas, petrochemicals, steel plants, heating pipelines, etc
5) Short valve body direct buried fully welded ball valve operation method: handle, gear (hammer straight/horizontal), electric, turbine
Design features:
1) Integrated fully welded, with equal and variable diameter channels, using fixed and floating balls, dual piston effect sealing system, and automatic injection of sealant bearing,
2) To prevent static electricity, steel balls and springs are installed between the valve stem and the ball, as well as between the valve stem and the packing box, to maintain electrical conductivity between all parts of the valve and the valve body, allowing current to pass through the area and release static electricity. Not only does it prevent fires, but it also prevents corrosion, achieving temporary shutdown for timely maintenance.
3) The anti detachment function of the short valve body directly buried fully welded ball valve stem is designed as an anti detachment structure because the stem is affected by the pressure inside the valve and always generates a detachment force.
4) Support the pressure towards the valve stem with a low friction material thrust washer, so that the valve stem only serves to transmit torque.
