1、 Overview of dual alkali desulfurization and dust removal equipment
The cyclone plate dust removal technology and double alkali desulfurization technology are both quite mature technologies. The SJTL double alkali desulfurization and dust removal technology is a new type of double alkali desulfurization and dust removal technology developed by our company by integrating various factors of cyclone plate dust removal technology and double alkali desulfurization technology, taking their advantages while avoiding their disadvantages, and incorporating the practical research results of our technical personnel.
2、 Process technology description and main characteristics of dual alkali desulfurization and dust removal equipment: 1. The desulfurization efficiency is over 90%, and the dust removal efficiency is over 95%; 2. Sodium calcium (hydrated lime) double alkali can be used as desulfurizer;
3. Compared with conventional double alkali method technology, this flue gas desulfurization (FGD) technology adopts tower clear liquid absorption, which can effectively avoid scaling inside the tower; 4. The gas-liquid contact area inside the tower is large, the contact effect is good, the flow rate is large, and the resistance is low; 5. Merge the dust and ash tank with the regeneration tank to save space and investment; 6. Set up slag removal tanks on the ground and regularly transport them to the slag yard by tanker trucks to reduce the labor intensity of workers.
