Delta Linear Motor Controller A2R

In view of the rapid transformation of the industry, Delta has proposed a comprehensive solution for linear motors, which is equipped with various communication interfaces (CANOpen/DMCNET). The ASDA-A2R, an evolved model from ASDA-A2, is used as the linear motor driver. It is paired with Delta's high-speed bus controller and shaft card to form a complete linear motor system solution. The ASDA-A2R linear motor driver, paired with the ECML-S16/20/25/32 series of ironless shaft type linear motors, leverages the high precision, high rigidity, high frequency, and no backlash characteristics of linear motors, significantly improving the efficiency of motion control systems and expanding the range of applications for servo systems in all directions. By integrating the driver and motor software firmware to optimize the safety mechanism, in the past, the driver, linear motor, optical ruler, and controller were combined by different manufacturers, which not only made it difficult to optimize performance, but also had no manufacturer to assist in the event of abnormalities. This is precisely the advantage of using Delta system solutions. Breaking through the past, the Delta ASDA-A2R linear motor driver can not only convert different types of encoder signals such as square waves or sine waves into Delta servo system specific communication formats through a signal adapter box (ASD-IF-EN0A20). The signal adapter box can finely cut the sine wave analog signal into high-resolution signals (amplified 2048 times), greatly improving the system's positioning resolution and noise resistance.
