DO30Q (1000A) digital clamp meter calibrator

1. Overview

The DO30Q (1000A) clamp meter calibrator (hereinafter referred to as the calibrator) is an intelligent AC and DC standard voltage and current source. (The communication output is displayed as true effective value). Three windows simultaneously display the output actual value, percentage, and checked table full value. It is possible to set the full-scale value of the inspected table and select the corresponding step size based on the scale of the inspected table. There are two options for amplitude adjustment: keyboard and potentiometer. It has the characteristics of digital display, error direct reading, wide range, fine grading, high accuracy, good stability, and easy use. Current output 0-1000A (20A), suitable for verifying and calibrating various digital or pointer type AC/DC clamp meters below level 1, four and a half digit digital multimeters, ammeters and voltmeters, as well as various pointer type multimeters, AC/DC voltmeters and ammeters below level 0.2; It can also be used as a high stability testing power supply, in conjunction with high-level standard meters, to calibrate 0.1 level current and voltage meters.

2. Main functions

2.1 Five and a half digit LED digital display output, displaying both actual value and percentage simultaneously.

2.2 Use keyboard to control the increase or decrease of output volume. The keyboard control quantity is divided into 100%/N, 10%/N, 1%/N, and 0.1%/N (N is 4, 5, 6, 10, 15).

2.3 The external control regulator can control the increase or decrease of output quantity off the machine.

2.4 The output range of AC and DC voltage is 0-1100V. 2.5 The output range of AC and DC current terminals is 0-24A. 2.6 There are four AC frequencies available for selection: mains synchronous, 50Hz, 60Hz, 400Hz, 1kHz (stable crystal oscillator oscillation frequency). 2.7 Output overload can be automatically protected and manually reset. 2.8 Clamp meter coil current output: 0-1000A, error ± 0.3%.

The range and accuracy of output voltage, current, and median resistance should comply with the parameters in Table 1 (23 ℃± 2 ℃, output value greater than 10% range. When 50Hz is unstable, 60Hz can be selected)
