Overview
Low smoke and halogen-free cables refer to environmentally friendly cables made of rubber materials that do not contain halogens (F, Cl, Br, I, At), lead, cadmium, chromium, or other environmental substances, and do not emit toxic smoke (such as hydrogen halides, carbon monoxide, etc.) when burned.
The halogen pointer is: all halogen values ≤ 50PPM (according to regulation PREN 14582)
The content of hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion is less than 100PPM (according to regulation EN5067-2-1)
The pH value of the hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion dissolved in water is ≥ 4.3 (weakly acidic) (according to regulation EN-50267-2-2)
After burning in a closed container, the product passes through a beam of light with a transmittance of ≥ 60% (according to regulation EN-50268-2)
Pb<90PPM, Cd, Cr6+, Hg, PBBs, and PBDEs are all less than 5PPM
purpose
This product has superior flame retardant performance, with very little smoke during combustion and no corrosive gas escaping. It is widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations, telephone exchanges and computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, important military facilities, oil platforms, and places with concentrated personnel and low air density.

(1) The tensile strength is greater than that of general PVC wires: the tensile strength of general PVC wires is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while the tensile strength of low smoke halogen-free wires is greater than 1.2Kgf/mm2;
(2) Has good weather resistance (-30 ℃~105 ℃);
(3) Has good softness (hardness of 80-90);
(4) Has non migratory properties (as no plasticizers are added to the formula of this product, there will be no migratory properties);
(5) No toxic black smoke will be produced during combustion (a small amount of white smoke will be produced);
(6) Has high volume resistivity: PVC wires generally have a resistivity of 1012~1015 Ω/cm3, while low smoke halogen-free wires have a resistivity greater than 1016 Ω/cm3;
(7) Has good high voltage resistance characteristics: PVC wires generally withstand 10KV or more, while low smoke halogen-free wires can withstand up to 15KV or more;
(8) Has good elasticity and viscosity.
3. Low smoke halogen-free wire formula additive materials:
(1) Linear PE and elastic PE are selected as the main resins, and three types of metal oxides containing crystal water are used as flame retardant materials: those that lose crystal water at 200 ℃, 300 ℃, and above 300 ℃.

Product Features and Applications
This product is suitable for applications with high requirements for cable flame retardant properties, such as subways, high-rise buildings, shopping malls, theaters, power stations, chemical factories, urban squares, and other public utilities with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below. The halogen-free and low smoke characteristics of cables result in slow spread, low smoke concentration, high visibility, low release of harmful gases, and easy evacuation of personnel in the event of a fire. The low corrosiveness of combustion gases also avoids damage to instruments and equipment. The low halogen and halogen-free characteristics greatly improve the aging resistance, UV resistance, and other radiation resistance of cable materials, thereby extending the service life of cables.

Use features
1. Cable rated voltage UO/U: 450/750V, AC polyolefin UO/U is 0.6/1KV
2. The long-term working temperature of the cable is -20 ℃ -90 ℃, -40 ℃ -105 ℃
3. Recommended bending radius: For unarmored cables, the bending radius should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable. For cables with armor or copper tape shielding structures, the bending radius should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.

1. The cable should withstand a 3kV power frequency voltage test at ambient temperature without breakdown for 5 minutes
