The DL2006 potassium permanganate index automatic online analyzer utilizes advanced sequential injection technology, titration method, and spectrophotometry technology to determine the potassium permanganate index value in water. This instrument adopts high-precision injection pump back titration method, which utilizes cutting-edge technologies in optics, mechanics, and electronics. Based on multiple independently developed technologies, it can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate determination of permanganate index values in water. It reflects the degree of pollution caused by organic and inorganic oxidizable substances in the water body and can be used for COD in surface water and drinking water sourcesMnOnline rapid measurement.
Basic principles
The instrument adopts the permanganate oxidation chemical measurement titration method. A peristaltic pump transfers a certain volume of water sample, potassium permanganate, and sulfuric acid solution to the colorimetric cell through the switching of an eight position sequential valve. The instrument controls the heating device to heat to 98 ℃. After a few minutes, potassium permanganate oxidizes the organic and inorganic reducing substances in the sample. After the reaction, excess sodium oxalate is added to reduce the remaining potassium permanganate, and then the excess sodium oxalate is dripped back with potassium permanganate solution. The permanganate index value in the sample is calculated. The calculation result is expressed in milligrams of oxygen consumed per liter of sample (O)2, mg/L)。
