The DL2004 total phosphorus automatic online analyzer combines advanced sequential injection technology with photometric technology to detect the concentration of total phosphorus in water after oxidation and digestion. This instrument can achieve real-time, rapid, and accurate analysis of the total phosphorus content in water, comprehensively reflecting the degree of phosphorus pollution in the water, and has completely independent intellectual property rights. It can be used for online environmental monitoring of total phosphorus in pollution source discharge outlets, sewage treatment facility discharge outlets in key industries, surface water, drinking water sources, etc.

Working principle

DL2004

The total phosphorus online analyzer uses molybdenum antimony anti spectrophotometry to determine total phosphorus. Under high temperature and pressure, various phosphorus compounds in water samples are oxidized and digested by potassium sulfate to form orthophosphate ions. Under strong acidic conditions, orthophosphate ions react with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate to form phosphomolybdic acid, which is then reduced by ascorbic acid to form a blue complex (commonly known as phosphomolybdic blue). Within a certain concentration range, its absorbance is proportional to the concentration of orthophosphate ions, and the total phosphorus content in the water sample can be determined by spectrophotometry.
