The viscosity meter constant temperature cup is made of high-quality stainless steel material for both the inner and outer layers. Using the existing external circulation device of the constant temperature water bath, the controlled liquid in the water bath flows through the interlayer of the constant temperature cup, indirectly controlling the sample temperature inside the cup. Thermostatic cups are easy to clean and use.
The viscosity of liquids, whether Newtonian or non Newtonian, is temperature dependent and typically decreases with increasing temperature. In order to accurately test the viscosity of the sample, it is first necessary to consider accurately controlling the temperature of the sample. The viscosity of most samples is very sensitive to temperature changes, and the precision of temperature control is required to reach ± 0.1 ℃.
Our company specializes in producing various viscometers, as well as various matching constant temperature baths and cups. There are two methods to control the temperature of the sample:
1. Test directly in the super constant temperature bath (CH1006N) or low-temperature constant temperature bath (DC0506N), see "Viscometer specific super constant temperature bath" or "Viscometer specific low-temperature constant temperature bath" on this website for details;
2. Utilize the existing constant temperature bath device to flow the controlled liquid inside the device into the viscosity meter constant temperature cup, indirectly controlling the sample temperature inside the cup.
There are two types of viscometer constant temperature cups, one is made of glass material and the other is made of high-quality stainless steel material. Vacuuming the interlayer of the constant temperature cup facilitates insulation. Thermostatic cups are easy to clean and use.
