Background of the Proposal

Enterprise factories have the characteristics of having a large number of subordinate stations, scattered locations, and multiple devices within a single station. They face the challenges of low operation and maintenance efficiency, difficult supervision, and inability to implement monitoring of the operation status of various equipment and eliminate faults in a timely manner, which cannot effectively eliminate existing safety hazards. Some factories and mines have installed four remote system products such as sub item meters, energy meters, and power monitoring, hoping to achieve good power safety management and energy consumption monitoring effects. However, due to the fact that most products only display current data and have a small amount of historical data viewing and statistics, they do not have the functions of instantaneous data collection and analysis, instantaneous fault analysis, and instantaneous accident cause search, which cannot achieve good operation and maintenance effects. In response to this background demand, Yuxin Intelligent has designed an integrated management system for power monitoring and energy efficiency in industrial and mining enterprises, which comprehensively manages power safety, energy consumption monitoring, power quality, fault maintenance, and forms automated control.

Solution Overview

The system collects electrical basic power data (voltage, current) for the entire region at a rated 10kHz sampling frequency and performs real-time high-speed calculations. It also has rich software algorithms to trigger waveform recording and independently save data reports. In addition, for long-term stable data, the system saves 1kHz data in real time after frequency reduction to form stable electrical big data, which is used to analyze the gradual changes in power systems, industrial equipment, and process parameters. It analyzes and warns of gradual hidden faults from numerous similar outlier data of the same equipment, solving functions that traditional power monitoring systems cannot achieve now.
