Product Introduction

The CWDS series is an innovative hybrid servo drive product developed by Skyworth based on over ten years of experience in stepper and servo research and development. By adopting the latest dedicated motor control DSP chip and vector closed-loop control technology, the problem of step loss in open-loop stepper motors is completely overcome, while significantly improving the high-speed performance of the motor, reducing motor heating and vibration, enhancing machine processing speed and accuracy, and reducing machine energy consumption. When the motor is continuously overloaded, the driver will promptly output an alarm signal, which has the same reliability as the AC servo system. The installation size of the CWDS series adaptive motor is fully compatible with the 42/57/60/86/110 series stepper motors, making it easy to upgrade traditional stepper drive solutions, and the cost is only half of that of an AC servo system.
