Adopting internationally advanced finite element design methods, the mechanical structure has strong rigidity and small geometric errors. The crossbeam adopts the "precision inclined beam design technology", which is lightweight, has a low center of gravity, strong rigidity, and small dynamic errors, ensuring the stability of the machine.
2. The three-axis guide rails are all made of high-quality granite, which gives the three axes the same temperature characteristics, thus having good temperature stability, small deformation, and good rigidity. The measurement accuracy of the whole machine remains stable for a long time.
The measurement system is designed using the British RENISHAW reflective metal strip grating ruler, which has a similar thermal expansion coefficient to most workpieces, ensuring good repeatability accuracy.
4. The static pressure air floating guide rail is composed of self-cleaning preloaded high-precision air bearings, with a large bearing span, strong anti angular swing ability, low resistance, no wear, and smoother movement.
The drive system adopts high-performance DC servo machines and toothed belt transmission devices from internationally renowned brands, ensuring faster, more accurate transmission and better motion performance.
The transmission adopts a flexible synchronous toothed belt, which ensures that the measuring machine operates without noise, has good balance and accurate positioning, and has a long service life.
The Y-axis adopts dovetail guide rails, effectively eliminating motion torsion and ensuring maximum rigidity and measurement accuracy at any position during motion.
The Z-axis adopts a cylinder balancing device, greatly improving the positioning accuracy and stability of the Z-axis
