I. Overview

The MNS type low-voltage switchgear produced by our company is a low-voltage switchgear assembled by the factory (FBA) using standard modules. The cabinet frame is made of imported aluminum zinc coated steel plate or cold-rolled steel plate bent into components, which are connected to each other by self tapping locking screws or hexagonal screws. According to the requirements of the plan, corresponding doors, sealing plates, partitions, installation brackets, busbars, functional units and other components are added to assemble a complete device. The dimensions of the components and compartments inside the device are modularized (modulus unit E=25mm). As a new generation of low-voltage withdrawable switchgear, it has the following characteristics:

1. Reasonable structure and high technical level. The rated current carrying capacity, breaking capacity, and dynamic and thermal stability performance indicators of MNS switchgear are higher than those of other types of low-voltage switchgear, and they are easy to maintain, safe, and reliable.

2. Good protective performance. MNS is a fully isolated switchgear, with internal compartments meeting the requirements of IEC439-1 "Form 4", and enclosure protection levels of IP31, IP40, and IP54.

3. Interlocking is reliable. The anti misoperation interlocking of MNS is jointly completed by the circuit breaker operating handle mechanism and the drawer position mechanical interlocking operating mechanism. Its design is highly logical and can effectively prevent various possible misoperations. It can also be flexibly combined with the operation mode to achieve inter cabinet interlocking.

4. The plan is complete and easy to combine. MNS is based on 8E as the basic unit, with functional units including 8E/4, 8E/2, 6E, 8E, 12E, 16E, 24E, 32E, and 72E. One MCC cabinet can accommodate up to 36 functional units and can achieve mixed PC and MCC configurations, providing favorable conditions for flexible selection of compression cabinet quantities.
