Beijing Daxing International Airport started construction on December 26, 2014 and was named "Beijing Daxing International Airport" on September 14, 2018. As of September 2019, Beijing Daxing International Airport has a terminal building with an area of 700000 square meters; There are four runways, with East 1, North 1, and West 1 runways being 60 meters wide and 3400 meters, 3800 meters, and 3800 meters long respectively, and West 2 runway being 3800 meters long and 45 meters wide; There are a total of 268 aircraft stands, which can meet the demand of 72 million passengers, 2 million tons of cargo and mail throughput, and 620000 aircraft takeoffs and landings by 2025.

The power monitoring and management of Beijing Daxing Airport adopts the intelligent power comprehensive management system of Baoding Yuxin Electric Technology Co., Ltd. Yuxin Intelligent at stations such as Hangxing District, Hangyuan East, Xihu East, and Xihu West. Construction began in 2019 and partial site acceptance was completed in August 2020.
