I. Overview

The B4-72 explosion-proof centrifugal fan is designed to remove toxic gases and flammable and explosive gases from enclosed cabins up to 30 meters deep. It has a high induced draft pressure, high efficiency, and low noise.

II. Purpose

The B4-72 explosion-proof centrifugal fan can transport mixed gases containing flammable and explosive substances. It can be equipped with four hoses with a diameter of Φ 300 and a length of 30m, and is suitable for ventilation and air exchange during welding, painting, and other operations in deep cabins. It has been inspected by the National Instrumentation Explosion proof Safety Supervision and Inspection Station (NEPSI) and meets the requirements of GYJ03435 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements" and GYJ03435 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion proof Type" d ". The explosion-proof mark of the product is Exd II BT4.

3、 Design and Structure

1. Design features: Adopting backward low-noise blades to ensure high pressure head, low noise efficiency, and other characteristics.

2. The fan motor adopts explosion-proof series, with an explosion-proof level of d II BT4.

3. Adjustable air inlet: The air inlet is designed with four Φ 300 hose interfaces, each of which is equipped with an air volume control door.

4. Electric control cabinet: designed with phase loss protection, leakage protection, and explosion-proof functions, with an explosion-proof rating of d II BT4. The electrical control cabinet is fixed on the rack, equipped with a rain cover, and comes with cables and plugs of specified length (30m~50m).

5. Daily mobility: The overall design of the fan is equipped with movable casters, making it easy to move.

Note: To meet the application needs of different occasions, a series of products with different air volumes and pressures can be designed to meet more requirements.
