  Scope of application:This control device is mainly used in 6KV to 66KV neutral ungrounded power grids to automatically track the single-phase grounded capacitor current in dynamic compensation power grids. When a single-phase grounding fault occurs, appropriate compensation can be automatically implemented to ensure that the residual current at the fault point is less than 5A. This can effectively suppress the harm of arc grounding overvoltage and prevent faults such as phase to phase short circuit and cable blasting caused by single-phase grounding. The device can also be set to the compensation state desired by the user according to their requirements. This device can be widely used in various mines, petroleum, chemical, building materials, metallurgy, and high-voltage distribution networks in large and medium-sized cities.
Device Introduction:The basic principle of this arc suppression coil is to apply a direct current excitation current to change the magnetic resistance of the iron core, thereby achieving the goal of changing the reactance value of the iron core. It can adjust the inductance value at the speed of electricity with high voltage.
Basic functions:Automatic tracking system for changes in capacitance current; When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the system, the system automatically compensates for the power frequency component of the single-phase grounding capacitor current and reduces the speed of voltage rise after the fault point extinguishes the arc, in order to facilitate the extinguishing of the grounding arc and reduce the frequency of high amplitude intermittent arc grounding overvoltage.

Performance characteristics:
1) The device is controlled by a high-end microcontroller, which can display the real-time capacitance current of the power grid, and has functions such as capacitance current recall and self check.
2) The adjustment range of the arc suppression coil is large, and the ratio of the upper and lower limits of the compensation current can reach more than 10 times. No additional damping resistor is required, and there is no problem of resistance burnout and series resonance caused by control dead zone.
3) Real time implementation of dynamic compensation function. In any state, once a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the power grid, the controller will instantly apply the required excitation current to the arc suppression coil to implement appropriate compensation. The use of dynamic compensation fundamentally solves the problem of series resonant overvoltage in the compensation system.
4) It is the only compensation device that can be used in conjunction with the existing power directional small current grounding line selection device in the power grid.
5) The control system is fully functional and can display capacitor current in real time, compensate for residual current, and has capacitor current recall function and ground fault recall function.
6) Equipped with RS232 and RS485 serial interfaces, it can communicate with the upper computer and transmit real-time information on grid capacitor current, neutral point voltage, and device self-test. In the event of a grounding fault in the grid, it can also transmit compensation current, residual current, and other information.
7) It has the function of dual machine or multi machine parallel operation.
8) The device can be equipped with a micro printer, which can print out fault information and recall information.
