Instrument adjustment sequence
1. First, connect the gas source inlet to 0.4Mpa to 0.8Mpa compressed gas.
2. Connect the power inlet to the AC220 power supply. Turn on the power switch.
3. Rotate the pressure regulating valve to make the pointer of the test pressure point to the desired pressure position (pressure gauge unit: kgf/cm2)
4. Enter the dialog box in "Parameter Settings" to set parameters. After setting, press and hold "Parameter Save" for 3 seconds and it will automatically save. Exit the "Parameter Settings" interface
5. Fold the "test output port" trachea with your hand, press the "start button", and let the instrument inflate. After inflation is complete, check whether the "holding pressure value" on the "display screen main interface" is the desired pressure. If so, press the 'reset button'; If the pressure is not what you want, adjust the "pressure regulator" to the desired pressure.
6. Connect the "test output port" trachea to the product.
7. Press the 'start button' to start testing until the test is completed.
8. When testing the next product, simply press the 'start button'.
9. If you want to stop the test during the testing process, just press the 'reset button'.
