1、 Product Introduction

2、 Working principle of spray tower
The acid mist exhaust gas is introduced into the purification tower through the air duct, passes through the packing layer, and undergoes gas-liquid two-phase contact absorption and neutralization reaction with the sodium hydroxide absorption solution. After purification, the acid mist exhaust gas is dehydrated and defogged by the defogging plate before being discharged into the atmosphere by the fan. The absorption liquid is pressurized by a water pump at the bottom of the tower, sprayed down from the top of the tower, and finally refluxed to the bottom for recycling. The purified acid mist exhaust gas meets the emission requirements of the local emission standards in Guangdong Province and is lower than the national emission standards.
3、 Spray tower process flow
Generally, spray towers are used for industrial dust removal or waste gas treatment. The working principle of Tianming Environmental Protection Company's spray tower mainly consists of components such as filters, multi-stage sprays, droppers, and collection rooms. Mainly used for the pretreatment of harmful exhaust gases and adhesive gases, it can effectively separate solid substances in gases. The spray tower is the main equipment for wet desulfurization of boiler flue gas using limestone. Using limestone or limestone powder as an absorbent, limestone blocks or limestone powder are made into limestone slurry. The limestone slurry is pumped into the absorption tower and fully contacts with the flue gas, allowing SO2 in the flue gas to react with CaCO3 in the slurry to produce CaSO4. Blow air into the slurry pool at the bottom of the absorption tower to oxidize CaSO3 into CaSO4. After reaching a certain saturation, CaSO4 crystallizes to form CaSO4? 2H2O。 The gypsum slurry discharged from the absorption tower is concentrated and dehydrated to a moisture content of less than 10%, and then transported by conveyor to the gypsum room for stacking. After desulfurization, the flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through a chimney after passing through a defogger to remove fog droplets
