Overview

1. Overview: The AWA5661 sound level meter is a modular and multifunctional sound level meter that meets the requirements of GB/T3785-2010 and IEC61672:2002 standards for Level 1 sound level meters. Its sensitivity to radio frequency fields belongs to Class X. Due to the use of advanced digital detection technology, the stability and reliability of this instrument have been greatly improved. Moreover, it has a large dynamic range, simple operation, and wide applicability. The shell is made of ABS engineering plastic, which has a beautiful appearance, light weight, and is easy to carry; Battery powered, low power consumption; RS-232 digital output interface, can be connected to a computer for remote control

2Main technical performance

(1) Microphone: Φ 12.7mm (1/2 ') test condenser microphone, free field response, reference point is the center of the microphone diaphragm, and their nominal free field response in the reference direction is shown in Appendix A.

Users can also choose other models of microphones, which can be used to measure particularly low or high noise levels.

The above range is the value at the factory. When the user adjusts the calibration value or replaces the microphone, the range may change. The specific range is determined by the overload indication and lower limit indication when the range is high; When the measurement range is low, the upper limit is determined by the overload indication, and the lower limit is determined by adding 8dB to the background noise.
