Emergency handling of Festo solenoid valve malfunction

If there is a sudden problem with the Festo solenoid valve and no replacement parts are available, the following emergency measures can be taken:

1. Pull the solenoid valve connector with your hand until you hear a "click" sound, then hold down the connector with your hand, wrap it tightly with adhesive tape, and then pull out the input line plug for a one touch one release test. If there is a "click" sound, it indicates that it has returned to normal and can continue to be used. Please note that the above process should be carried out with the ignition switch turned on.

2. If it is confirmed that the idle solenoid valve is damaged, in order to restore the function of idle. The solenoid valve should be removed and plugged with a suitable plug to prevent air leakage. In this way, the solenoid valve loses its function and becomes a carburetor without an idle solenoid valve.
