When the external liquid is input into the tank, a large amount of gas is exhaled to the outside (called positive pressure). When the liquid inside the tank is exported, it must be sucked into the tank from the outside air (called negative pressure). If the breathing valve automatically closes when the work stops, it will not leak the liquid and gas inside the tank, which ensures the quality of the liquid inside the tank.

To ensure the normal use of the all-weather explosion-proof flame retardant breathing valve
1. The corrugated fire-resistant layer should be regularly removed and cleaned within 3-6 months to ensure that each hole on the fire-resistant layer is unobstructed, prevent blockage, and ensure safe and normal use.
2. Regularly check whether the positive and negative valve discs of the ventilation are flexible, and whether the contact seal between the guide rod and the valve disc is damaged. If there is any damage, it should be replaced immediately.
3. During inspection, maintenance, and reinstallation, it should be ensured that the joint surfaces inside the valve are tightly matched and the valve disc can be lifted and lowered flexibly.
When using a new valve, the shock absorbers between the valve discs should be removed before installation, otherwise the breathing valve will malfunction.
