Usage of 200N. m digital torque wrench:

1. Rotate the battery cover at the back end, insert 2 No. 5 batteries with the positive pole facing forward, and then tighten the battery cover;

2. Short press the "O/C" button to turn on the power, the LCD display will show all characters, the wrench will start self checking, and after 3 seconds, it will reset to zero;

3. Unit selection, press "▼" to select the desired measurement unit;

4. Measurement method selection: Press the "M" key to select the "Tracking F" or "Peak H" mode;

5. Torque value alarm preset: Press "M" to "preset P" mode, then press the "P" key to determine the number of digits of the required preset torque value, press the "▲" and "▼" keys to determine the required preset alarm value, and after the preset is completed, press the "M" key to exit the preset mode and return to the "tracking F" state, or press the "M" key again to enter the "peak H" state.

6. Zeroing: Before measurement, place the wrench in a natural horizontal unloaded state and press the "O/C" key to clear the existing displayed values, making the current state "zero position".

7. Measurement

a、 Tracking measurement: Press the "M" key to place the wrench in the "tracking F" state. In this state, the measurement displays the immediate torque value. When applying force, the torque value increases, when reducing force, the torque value decreases, and when not applying force, the torque value returns to the "zero position". Press the "S" key in this state to select the "backlight" on/off mode.

b、 Peak measurement: Press the "M" key to place the wrench in the "peak H" state, which records the peak torque. When applying force, the torque value increases, and when reducing force, the torque value remains unchanged. When continuing to apply force greater than the current torque, the value will continue to increase, that is, this state records the maximum torque value applied. After unloading the force, the value remains unchanged. Press the "S" key in this state, and the current value will be stored in the memory for querying the recorded torque value after the measurement is completed.

C、 The preset measurement is in the "tracking F" or "peak H" state. When the applied force reaches the preset torque value, the alarm light will light up and there will be a "peak sound" alarm prompt. At this time, the applied force can be stopped. After unloading the force, press the "O/C" key to exit the alarm state.
